- Request is reviewed and approved
- Client provides references and details
- Bonna provides a rough sketch
- Client pays per agreed schedule: full payment upfront, or 50% deposit earlier with the remaining 50% before final delivery (see ToS)
- Work-in-progress and provide updates
- Minor revisions may be requested
- Artwork completed; any balance due is settled before delivery
- Remaining payment is sent (if deposit was used)
- Final artwork delivered via email or link (google drive)
