Service

By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed below.
I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
Prices are based on base prices as seen in my pricelist. Additional elements, complex designs, or special requests may increase the final price.
I reserve the right to post the finished artwork on my portofolio or social media unless the client specifically requests that the artwork remain private.
I do NOT allow my artwork to be used in AI-generated imagery or any blockchain/NFT related projects.

Communication for commissions can be done through:

Clients are expected to:

Provide clear references for characters or designs.
Clearly explain your request.
Respond to questions or updates within a reasonable time.
If there is no response from client for 7 days, the commission may be paused until communication resumes.

Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Ko-fi, Dana, Gopay.
Payment options: Full Upfront payment OR 50% deposit + 50% After completion.
Work will not begin until payment or deposit has been received. The final artwork will be delivered after the full payment is completed.
Refunds are depending on what stage the commission is at. No refund is granted after the sketch phase is approved.

Minor revisions (small adjustments such as small details or take less than 15 mins) are free and unlimited.
Major revisions (pose changes, etc. after sketch is approved) may incur extra fees depending on the progress of the artwork.
Major revisions should preferably be requested during the sketch stage.

The client may cancel the commission before the sketch is started.
Any upfront money paid will be fully refunded if canceled before sketching.
If the client cancels after the sketch has been started and payment has been made, 70% of the payment will be refunded. 30 % will be retained to compensate for the work already done.
If the artwork is already significantly in progress, no refund will be provided.
I also reserve the right to cancel a commission. Refunds in such cases will be provided.

The turnaround time is 3-14 days per commission, depending on complexity, queue and my personal schedule.
Please be patient and do not rush the artist.

Personal Use: Use the artwork as a profile picture, wallpaper, inside non-profit projects. You must give proper credit. You cannot use it for merchandise.
Commercial Use: Requires an extra fee (x2 regular price). This allows the artwork to be used for branding, streaming assets, merchandise, etc.
I (the artist) retain the copyright of the artwork and the right to post the commissioned artwork on my portfolio/socials unless agreed otherwise.

By commissioning me, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
